Culture & Candour was founded by Julie Griffith who works alongside a network of specialist Culture Consultants and Researchers

Personal experiences as a Senior Business Leader over the past 30 years, have led to an informed interest in Company Culture and Happiness in the Workplace.

Having worked in companies small and large, owned and run my own company, I now want to help others succeed in the workplace as well as help employers retain staff and create a positive, psychologically safe culture.

I have a genuine, equal interest in both employers and employees, having experienced the issues from both sides.
