During her tenure, Julie’s focus shifted towards talent development, where she established a successful training and coaching academy within the business, and worked with the board on employee engagement.

Her passion for empowering teams led her to specialize in leadership development post 2021, with a focus on optimizing team dynamics, relationships and communication.
